Reference Gold comprises of checking the tenant’s background to identify any bankruptcy, county court judgements, verification of employment, salary details, current landlord references, character reference, searching the electoral register, residency verifications, identity verifications, checking for previous searches in the last six months and providing the tenant’s personal credit scoring.
This level of referencing costs £37.50

Company Referencing comprises of profit and loss figure to assess financial stability of the company. Date of incorporation, confirmation of registered office, current list of appointments. This application is for when the tenancy is to be in a company trading name.
